Early morning view -- flooded street

I woke up at 5:30 am.. Woke up this early to prepare for my recollection make-up. Call time is by 7:30 am and waiting place would be at school, near the Campus Ministry Office.

To my surprise I found out that it haven't stop raining since last night.. We were on signal 1 yesterday but I thought atleast it will stop to rain.. :( A sneak view from our house..

How can I definitely go to school with this flood on the streets? I'm sure motorbikes or car will avoid running and going somewhere else today since their machines may stop running in the middle of the flood. The water is actually high outside so I don't know if I can actually find "padyak" to fetch me up.. geez...
